The total cost of the Fund's budget for 2016 will amount to 9,879 rubles ($71,000). The budget deficit will amount to 40.5 billion rubles ($1.5 billion) in 2016. The budget deficit will amount to 2.36 trillion rubles ($33.4 bln), or 3% of GDP. -Ruble.
